Our Salmon fried fish skin is made of 100% Norwegian Salmon skin, imported from Norway and manufactured in Malaysia with the highest food safety standards. We use real duck yolk to coat the fish skin which is buttery, full-bodied and rich. Produced in small batches carefully by our team to ensure the crunchiness and flavour stays intact.
